Catering Workshop
Four Friday evenings, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m., at Christ Church URC
Open only to those aged 10 and over, and under 18.
A fantastic chance for young people to learn the basic skills of food hygiene and cookery, in a group limited to 15 in number.
Instruction on food hygiene and food temperatures will be given on day 1.
Learn to cook omelettes, quiches, a fish meal, and a roast meal.
- At the end of the month, you will be tested on food safety and hygiene. And of course, the ultimate test of having to sample what you have cooked!
- Sign up and invite your friends -- they don't have to be churchgoers to qualify!
