International Friendship
Help welcome people from overseas who live or work in the Tonbridge area. Many feel isolated, especially those who work on farms, don't speak English well or don't know much about British culture. Knowing that Christ has a special place in his heart for the stranger, as the Church in Tonbridge we want to be the first to make them feel at home.
THIS PROJECT IS REALLY TAKING OFF!! BE PART OF IT!
A Russian mothers' group meets on Wednesdays; there are plans to link a Chinese mothers' group into this. To volunteer to help, contact Chris Mungeam (see sidebar).
